This project was for a new restaurant opening up in downtown San Jose, Costa Rica. The brief included that the logo should convey an elegant yet rustic feel while still have a sense of youthful trendiness. The juxtaposed styles of old colonialism of the old city with the new metro-chic of new office buildings where the eatery is located were what set me off to bring the finalized logo.
